SmartTruckRoute Transfer Instructions

Thank you for using SmartTruckRoute. If you have had to replace your phone or tablet you do not need to pay again. You just need to transfer your subscription to the new device. Please tap the section that best describes your transfer request.

Transferring from Android to Android

(1) Install SmartTruckRoute to your new phone (or tablet): Download Android SmartTruckRoute

(2) Open SmartTruckRoute Ver 2 > Menu (3 dots top right > Account >
You will be prompted to "View Available Subscription Plans" or to "Restore a Previously Paid Subscription". Enter your phone number or click on Use Order ID then click Press Restore. If you need help locating your order number go here: Android Order Lookup

(3) If you are unable to restore the app using self service Instant Transfer then do this:
Open SmartTruckRoute Ver 2 > Menu (3 dots top right > Support > Contact Support via (text) or Email > Select "Email" > Enter message "Please activate order number xxxxx" > Press Send and our technicians will activate manually for you.

Note: If you have difficulty finding your email address and you need to route right away we recommend that you subscribe for one month while you locate your old subscription. Once you find your lost email your orders will be combined and you will not loose any time on your subscription.

Transferring from iPhone to iPhone (or iPad)

Install the app on your new phone or iPad. Download to iPhone
Using the same iTunes account for your new device should automatically activate your new phone. If you need help activating, do this:
Launch SmartTruckRoute > Menu > Contact Us > Use any of the 3 methods offered > Be sure to enter your phone number > Enter message "transfer" > Press SEND
Keep in mind that we must be able to find your original iPhone subscription (so the email address and phone number should be provided). Also note, iPhone cannot be transferred from Android.

Transferring from Android to iPhone

Please note that Android and Apple products are managed by two different companies that process the payments therefore you cannot transfer from one platform to another.
